Welcome to the wild side of flower growing! The very first Feral Flower Farm Experience: Dahlia Basics is here, and if you're ready to ditch the fluff and get the real dirt on growing these badass blooms, this is for you.
Forget polite garden clubs and perfectly pruned petals - this is dahlia talk, Feral Flower Farm Style. If you're after an afternoon of stiff lectures and tidy rows, this ain't it. But, if you want to get up close and personal with hundreds of badass, beautiful blooms, learn the real dirt on growing dahlias (without the sugarcoating), and walk away inspired, then welcome to the wild side of flower farming.

The Details:
When: Sunday 9th February, 2pm
Location: Feral Flower Farm, 351 Koputaroa Road, Levin. Talk will be taking place in the front dahlia field so there will be time to wander through the rows, admiring the blooms.
Duration: 1 hour
Things to note for this experience:
- There are currently no facilities on site - sorry, no toilets or refreshments at this time (soon though).
- Parking is limited to roadside only. It's not ideal, but groups will be kept small. Please park on the grass verge as far off the road as possible.
- Under 16's are free to come along but you will need to keep an eye on them in the field. There is uneven ground and other hazards for little people.
- Sorry, this is not a PYO.
- If the weather is terrible, we will reschedule. If you cannot attend the new rescheduled date, a refund will be given.

- Small group (up to 10 people at a time) $25 per person
