The Wildstyler - Kristy Butterfield

The Wildstyler
I didn’t plan this.
I wasn’t chasing a dream. I started because life was heavy, and I needed somewhere to set it down.
Flowers found me in the middle of grief.
Photography followed - not to capture perfection, but to pull focus away from the chaos. A way to find light in mess. A way to notice beauty, even when life felt anything but.
What began as survival, became something wilder. Something beautiful. What began as a quiet escape slowly turned into joy.
Into passion.
Into something bigger than me.
Now, photography & growing flowers is my happy place. It's where I reconnect with beauty, with purpose and with people. Through wild blooms and honest images, I've found a way to help others feel seen, held, and maybe even a little healed - just a little.
After all, I know too well the quiet, grounding, healing power of flowers. They held me when words couldn't and I wan't to pass that healing on, however I can - be it with a badass bloom bouquet or an empowering photography shoot.
For the ones who bloom in chaos,
who find beauty in the undone -
this space was made for you.
